bring a Water Bottle and a Towel. Remember to Call and Sign Up.

Just what it says, Step Aerobics.
Target Tone:
Class designed to Target and
Tone those Problem Areas.
TBC:
"Total Body Conditioning", Class
designed to work your Entire Body from Head to Toe.
Toning:
Complete Muscle Strengthening Class.
Using Hand Weights, Body Bars, Tubing, and Dynabands.
Yoga:
Flow using Sun Salutations,
Breathing, Asanas, and Relaxation to work your Mind and Body.
Flexibility not required.
Zumba:
Cardio Dance Class combining
International Rhythms to get you Moving and Grooving. Tons of Fun,
coordination not required.
