Group Fitness Descriptions

AB Blast: 30 minutes of Abdominal Work.

Boot Camp: Complete Workout combining Toning, Cardio, Conditioning Exercises and Sports Drills.

Kickboxing: Cardio Class designed to challenge you, combining Boxing and Martial Arts type Drills.

Reggae-Tone: Toning to Reggae Music...Love it!!

Silver and Fit Signature: Interval Class designed for our Senior Population. The Class is a combination of Cardio Activity and Weight Training.

Spinning: Level 1-3 based on intensity. Always bring a Water Bottle and a Towel. Remember to Call and Sign Up.

Step: Just what it says, Step Aerobics.

Target Tone: Class designed to Target and Tone those Problem Areas.

TBC: "Total Body Conditioning", Class designed to work your Entire Body from Head to Toe.

Toning: Complete Muscle Strengthening Class. Using Hand Weights, Body Bars, Tubing, and Dynabands.

Yoga: Flow using Sun Salutations, Breathing, Asanas, and Relaxation to work your Mind and Body. Flexibility not required.

Zumba: Cardio Dance Class combining International Rhythms to get you Moving and Grooving. Tons of Fun, coordination not required.
